What they need
- Memeriksa kualiti produk masuk mengikut piawaian syarikat dan pelanggan..
- Memastikan kualiti semasa proses pengasingan dan pembungkusan.
- Menyemak pesanan keluar dari segi keadaan produk, kuantiti dan pelabelan.
- Merekod keputusan pemeriksaan serta melaporkan isu dan tindakan pembetulan.
- Menyokong operasi QC harian untuk mengekalkan kualiti, kesegaran dan keselamatan makanan.
- Melaksanakan tugas lain yang ditetapkan mengikut keperluan HACCP.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in QC or related field. Fresh graduates are not encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety.
- Good understanding of QC procedures and documentation.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ampang / Ulu Kelang (near Zoo Negara).
- Male candidates are preferred.
