Quality Controller (QC)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to oversee construction quality at our villa project in Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect civil, structural, and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor foundation, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, masonry, plastering, and waterproofing activities.
• Inspect tile work, flooring, painting, false ceilings, doors, windows, and other finishing works.
• Verify electrical and plumbing installations in coordination with the respective site engineers.
• Conduct quality inspections at every stage of construction and identify defects or deviations.
• Prepare inspection checklists, daily quality reports, and snag lists.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure proper rectification of defects and maintain quality documentation.
• Verify material quality and ensure compliance with approved samples and specifications.
• Support final inspections and handover of completed villas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in residential or villa construction preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, materials, workmanship, and quality inspection procedures.
• Strong understanding of civil works and interior/exterior finishing standards.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to identify construction defects and ensure timely rectification.
• Knowledge of MS Office and quality control documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and subcontractors.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
