Unit Name: Texmart Trading Company Ltd. Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (A concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brand retailers in Bangladesh with brands like Texmart, Occult, and Rave for Men’s and Women’s.

• Responsible for overall quality control of all our products, including Selwar Kameez, Panjabi, Casual and Formal Shirts, and Men’s Bottoms.
• Must have knowledge of fabric shrinkage, marker, and cutting procedures.
• Continuously improve and develop the quality control system so that our products are of the highest quality and reduce rejection and wastage costs.
• Coordinate with the design and production department to work with our in-house production unit & outside factory.
• Carry out Pre-Final inspection and Final inspection, ensuring fabrics & accessories (all trims) are in the factory at the right quantity & quality.
• Assist management in reviewing practices and procedures to ensure that the company’s quality standards for garments are met.
• Able to handle several numbers of styles at a time independently in different factories.
• Self-motivated to resolve any problem of quality-related issues by discussing with the factory and Management.
• Any other assignment given by the management

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years
• Education:
• Skills: garment manufacturing, garment industry knowledge, technical knowledge of garment production, garment production, textile inspection, textile industry knowledge, textile testing, textile knowledge, knit garment manufacturing, textile industry
