Quality Coordinator

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Define and execute the strategy to ensure the quality in the product and process

ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES

Define and align the strategy to ensure health and safety of the team

People administration (Payroll, development, performance)

Provide technical support to the team

Quality Management system

Problem Solving Management

Plan, Control and Manage budget of the team

Establish strategies to increase the efficiency of the team

Ensure Quality NPD process and alignment with other teams

Align and follow the strategies with PPM/PPQ team

Main interface to external / internal customers and suppliers

Decision concerning release for production of supplier material parts

Manage the quality quarantine

Ensure sorting, reworks are aligned and controlled

Control and follow all the department KPIs

All other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager

Follow BRP values and behaviors

Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics

Enforce Quality BRP policy.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Analysis and Problem-Solving Tools

BRPMS tools

Project management

EHS knowledge

ISO 9001 knowledge

Fluent in English written and speaking

QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineering

At least, 5 year of experience in quality process
