Quality Coordinator

S&V Industries, a Sourcing and Supply Chain Management Company in Medina, Ohio is looking for a Quality Coordinator. Primary responsibilities include being the point of contact for quality issues and record management including being the liaison between quality and the accounting department. This position is the first point of contact at the front desk and play a key role in supporting quality accuracy and office operations. Qualified candidates must be:

Able to direct all activities related to the quality process.

• Coordinate and direct activities related to the quality process.
• Manage Defective Material Records (DMRs).
• Address and track customer complaints.
• Coordinate corrective actions and containment processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers. (And Suppliers)
• Maintain strong organizational skills and accurate records. (Attention to detail a must)
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. (And PowerPoint)
• Use Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams effectively.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Organize and follow thru to completion rework projects / NC returns Domestic & Internationally.
• Front desk and visitor management.
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies.
• Manage meeting and conference room availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
