Job Summary

The Quality Coordinator manages and enhances the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO and GDP standards, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely communication of operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet ISO and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards

Continuously improve documented processes and operational practices to ensure compliance and audit readiness

Verify and control all quality-related documentation and records to maintain discipline and accuracy

Ensure timely completion and communication of all post-operation tasks following daily job execution

Collaborate with relevant teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly

Monitor adherence to quality standards and support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation
