5.5 days (Monday - Friday, Saturday Half day)
Location: Jurong East
Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000

Responsibilities:

• Maintain quality documents, SOPs, work instructions and records in an organised manner.
• Check completed jobs and delivery records to ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
• Follow up on missing or incomplete documents and ensure records are properly updated.
• Sort, scan and file operational documents accurately for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
• Download and check temperature reports against delivery records and highlight any issues promptly.
• Prepare and send required delivery documents and temperature reports to customers by the next working day.
• Respond to customer document requests and follow up on outstanding queries or records.
• Assist with quality checks, process improvements, audits and other operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in quality, logistics, customer service or administrative support.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems.
• Attentive to details
