What they need
- Non conformance Management : Lead the investigation and resolution of Non- Conformance Reports(NCRs). Facilities rigorous root cause analysis using methodologies like 8D, 5Whys or Ishikawa diagrams, and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to completion.
- Internal Quality Alignment : monitor, analyze and resolve internal quality issues before they impact the final product. Act as the primary liaison between internal manufacturing/engineering teams and customer expectations to ensure internal standards meet external requirements.
