About the role

Nippon Packtoss (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a Quality Development professional to join our growing team. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in advancing our quality assurance and control processes. As Quality Development specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving quality systems and standards across our operations. This role is essential to ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards whilst contributing to the organisation's strategic objectives and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Quality Documentation: Maintain, organize, and update all quality-related documents and records specifically required by customers.
• COA Issuance: Prepare, verify, and issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
• Action Plan & Complaint Handling: Coordinate internal investigations regarding customer complaints, assist in drafting Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans, and follow up on the progress of implemented actions.
• Quality Issue Resolution: Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting and clearing immediate quality issues, collaborating closely with the QA/QC teams to ensure quick resolution.
• General Support: Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Science, or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality development roles
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards (particularly ISO 9001), and industry best practices
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and quality control tools (SPC, Six Sigma, root cause analysis)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with quality management software
• Understanding of manufacturing or production processes is advantageous
