About the role

Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including establishing, preparing, updating, and controlling quality documentation (SOP, WI, Form) in accordance with organizational standards and international requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) by establishing, preparing, updating, and controlling quality documentation (SOP, WI, Form) in accordance with organizational standards and international requirements
• Plan and conduct internal audits (Internal Audit) and coordinate with external auditors (External Audit / Auditor) for system certification
• Monitor, analyze root causes (Root Cause Analysis), and coordinate with relevant departments to determine corrective and preventive measures (CAPA) when defects or complaints are identified
• Provide guidance and training to organizational personnel on quality systems, standards, requirements, and continuous improvement activities (such as Kaizen, 5S, Lean)
• Compile, analyze data, and prepare quality reports summarizing quality system performance for management review

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
• 1-3 years or more of experience in Quality System / Quality Assurance / QMS
• Strong knowledge and understanding of quality management system standards (such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Internal Auditor Certificate or equivalent training
• Skills in quality analysis tools (such as Core Tools, 7 QC Tools, 8D Report, 5-Why)
• Experience in manufacturing industry will be given special consideration
