质量总监 Quality Director

• Responsible for the formulation of G BU overall quality strategy and the overall quality management system.
• Responsible for product quality control & assurance, internal audit and management review.
• Responsible for the quality control of the supply chain, and guide the evaluation, assessment and standard guidance of suppliers.
• Lead APQP in NPI stage and ensure new projects’ smooth launch in sites.
• Handle major quality risks, accidents and customer complaints. Review the effective implementation of corrective and preventive measures, and formulated improvement measures and suggestions.
• Carry out major quality cost optimization projects and supervise the implementation.
• Guide and supervise the continuous improvement of all functional departments. REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 10 years related quality management experience in the consumer electronics manufacturing industry.
• Team leadership experience and good socializing capabilities & negotiating skills. 4.
• Good knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
• Fluent Chinese & English.
