quality Document Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update quality-related documents and records.
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, quality manuals, and formats.
• Maintain ISO documentation and support ISO audits.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality checklists, and test reports.
• Ensure proper document control, revision tracking, and record filing.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and other departments for required documents.
• Maintain CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) records and non-conformance reports.
• Ensure all documents comply with company quality standards and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
• Maintain soft copies and hard copies of all quality documents.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in any relevant field.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality documentation will be preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
• Experience in quality documentation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
