Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure product and process quality by implementing quality standards, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and standards
- Conduct inspections and testing of materials and finished products
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare quality reports, documentation, and MIS
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve quality
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits
- Monitor process performance and recommend improvements
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems
