Quality Engineer

Main Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain the project quality control and build up the quality gate for quality product risk control.
• Follow APQP milestone, do PPAP documents expertly for new product development including SPC, MSA, PPAP.
• Work with core team to improve FPY internal, and window person with oversea for quality issue handling.
• Conduct in solving quality issues experienced by customers (internal & external).
• Supervise process control on-site, also including maintains the supplier corrective action system, follow up 8D and train suppliers on quality tools & methodology.
• Quality control of supplier part developing, verify parts in the "PPAP" process within the target dates.
• Statistic KPI monthly, also maintain global strategy system.
• Involve Global SOP to improve local manufactory quality.
• Customer complaint handling for local and oversea.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or above in Engineering or Mechanical fields.
• Strong statistical knowledge and demonstrated experience to perform statistical analysis.
• Strong problem solving skill with 8D,KT and so on.
• Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3 and VDA6.5 in plus.
• Familiar with APQP 5 core tools, including PPAP/APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC.
• At least 5 years or above experience in Quality Engineering or related discipline within the manufacturing industry.
• Good communication, organization, coordination abilities and high spirit of teamwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication English.
