负责APU产品质量；运用QRQC主导解决品质异常（内部外部） 3 Owning the quality objective creation/implementation & monitoring，Responsible for engaging strong inter-department and cross-functional to drive continuous improvement 负责品质目标的创建/执行及监控; 负责组织部门及跨部门之间的合作以推动持续改进 4 Providing leadership and facilitating problem resolution, resource utilization, coaching and mentoring of team members帮助团队解决问题，优化团队，指导团员的日常工作 5 Responsible for managing quality systems, processes and procedures to assure product quality and safety

Qualifications 1 Bachelor Degree Or Above, Engineering Background 本科或以上学历, 工程背景 2 At least 2 years strong experience of manufacturing quality control and continuous improvement

2年以上制造工厂生产质量管控和持续改善的经验 3 Fluent in English oral/writing/call (daily practice with email/phone and to transfer information/knowledge into local language at factories)

英语口语书写流利（日常邮件电话沟通，能够中英文自由切换，准确传达信息和知识） 4 Has relevant experiences as quality engineer or manufacture engineer in smart card industry will be a plus

有智能卡制造行业质量管理或制造工作经验优先考虑 5 Experience in project management or lean & 6 sigma will be a plus 有项目管理和6西格玛经验优先考虑 6 Quality Control plan/FMEA Risk coverage 编制质量控制计划和失效模式，质量风险管理 7 Problem solving/FTA/QRQC/8D 熟练应用问题解决工具及8D报告 8 ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949质量管理体系 9 Data analysis and reporting 数据分析和报告能力 10 Excel and PPT graphic and reporting skill 良好的Excel and PPT 图标分析和报告技巧 Soft Skills 1 Ability to challenge status
