• Establish, improve, and optimize the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 16949.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of raw material suppliers, establish raw material inspection standards and specifications, conduct strict incoming inspections of raw materials to ensure that their quality meets production requirements.
• Use tools such as statistical process control (SPC) to analyze quality data, identify quality fluctuation trends, and take preventive measures to avoid the occurrence of quality problems.
