Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer (Tester)
Location: West, Singapore
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Contract: 12-month contract, renewable
Salary: Up to SGD 7,500/month

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute robust test scenarios for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Build and enhance test scripts aligned with project requirements and testing best practices.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and key stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories.
• Perform requirements analysis and contribute to test strategy and automation approaches.
• Provide regular project updates and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Ensure strong automation coverage, test stability, and continuous improvement of test assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.
• Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in client and stakeholder management.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and user story understanding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
