Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with a strong background in the machining industry, preferably with experience in quality control and inspection of machined components. The candidate should have a good understanding of machining processes and their impact on product quality. Experience in forging components will be an added advantage.

The candidate should have good knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, inspection methods, quality standards, and measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, VMM, Profile Projector, Thread Gauges, Plug/Ring Gauges, and other precision instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process, first-piece, and final inspection of machined components.
• Understand machining processes and identify potential quality issues.
• Verify components as per engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer requirements.
• Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
• Identify, analyze, and support corrective actions for quality issues and rejections.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to improve product quality
