QUALITY ENGINEER

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join Supreme Group in Pluak Daeng, Rayong. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our manufacturing operations. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all products meet our rigorous standards and regulatory requirements. This role is essential to our commitment to delivering excellence and maintaining the trust of our customers across the manufacturing, transport and logistics sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor product and process quality performance throughout the production line.
• Analyze internal defects, customer complaints, process deviations, and quality trends.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and other problem-solving tools.
• Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions, Inspection Standards, and quality records.
• Monitor SPC, process capability, and critical quality characteristics.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support new product introduction, trial production, process validation, and engineering changes.
• Drive defect prevention, scrap reduction, rework reduction, and First Pass Yield improvement.
• Support internal audits, customer audits, and IATF 16949 compliance activities.
• Ensure quality issues are effectively contained, corrected, and prevented from recurrence.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering / Process Quality.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive industry.
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and Automotive Core Tools.
• Experience with problem-solving and quality improvement activities.
• Experience in customer complaint / 8D is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
