Quality Engineer

• Design and establish quality control standards and procedures to ensure that products meet the required specifications and customer expectations.

• Perform regular inspections of products at various stages of production to detect any defects or areas for improvement.

• Prepare a detailed & comprehensive FAIR report for the customer.

• Work closely with engineering, production, and design teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.

• Prepare reports on quality performance, including non-conformances, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis techniques.

• Perform audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure that they meet the company’s quality standards.

• Assist QA Manager to ensure compliance for the implementation and maintenance of quality systems in accordance with customer, internal, ISO Standard, and regulatory/ legal requirements.

• Able to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to ensure products meet design specifications.

• To follow any others instruction or work responsibilities as instructed by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or related field.
2. 1–3 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering/Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
3. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 8D, CAPA, RCA, FMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP.
4. Familiar with engineering drawings, GD&T and quality inspection tools.
5. Experience in sheet metal, CNC machining, fabrication or precision manufacturing is an added advantage.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
8. Good command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
