Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer, you will lead the implementation, monitoring, and execution of quality assurance programs across the production lines. In this role, you will enforce manufacturing control procedures, analyze process data using statistical tools, manage customer quality complaints, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure all products meet strict quality, reliability, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering courses.
• Preferably with at least 6 months relevant working experience gained from a manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor industry.
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Knowledgeable on semiconductor core tools such as FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, 8D, etc.
• With good communication skills in dealing with customers.
• Willing to render overtime and work on weekends and/or holidays when needed.
• Willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
