What they need

About you

Bachelor's degree in engineering (AUTOMOTIVE, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
Automotive background / experience is an added advantage (1 or 2 years)

Key responsibilities

Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
Monitor and control production quality processes
Implement and maintain quality control plans and procedures
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects
Work with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality
Support supplier audits and performance monitoring
Prepare quality reports, analysis, and documentation
Maintain records related to quality performance and audits
Support internal and external audits (IATF, ISO)
Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards
