What they need
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
- Automotive background / experience is an added advantage (1 or 2 years)
Key responsibilities
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Monitor and control production quality processes
- Implement and maintain quality control plans and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects
- Work with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality
- Support supplier audits and performance monitoring
- Prepare quality reports, analysis, and documentation
- Maintain records related to quality performance and audits
- Support internal and external audits (IATF, ISO)
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards
