Quality Engineer

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for building strong relationships with monitoring, and improving the quality performance of our suppliers.

Primary focus on Fastrain supply base.

Participate and support supplier assessment and qualification activity.

Independently and successfully leads project/feature changes through release.

Focal person to liaise between supplier and NPI activity, and engineering changes.

Focal person to liaise with production on supplier quality issue.

Understands and proactively addresses internal customer requirements.

Leading, mentoring new engineers, supervisors, technicians and IQC inspectors.

Managing equipment and tester at IQC.

Execute to Department Goals and Strategy.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

College degree and above; BS/BE degree.

7 years working experience in manufacturing & quality assurance.

Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949.

Hands on IPC600, supplier audit, component knowledge.

Experience and hands on in quality analysis, problem solving, and project management, First Article and process audit.

Knowledge or certified in IPC 600 standard (CIS/CIT).

Knowledge in PCB, passive/active parts, mechanical/plastics, die cast, metal fabrication, cable assembly know-how/experience a strong plus.

Working independently and with minimum supervisions.

Show strong leadership and self-driven motivation to achieve excellent result.

Stay enthusiasm and efficient under pressure.

10% travel required.
