Quality Engineer

As a Product Quality Engineer, you’ll ensure that our SMT products comply to customer requirements and regulatory standards.

• You will be responsible to establish quality control system of manufacturing according to internal controls and external requirements by identify specifications for a product, determining an appropriate level of variation.
• You will be preparing reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing data using quality tools such as control charts, MSA, SPC etc and drive for quality improvement.
• You are the interface with internal marketing team and customer on handling customer feedback, driving internal team for root cause analysis and CAPA using appropriate tools.
• You will be also review, establish and conduct reliability testing to ensure product meeting reliability requirement.
• Quality engineer will lead customer audit and represent quality team in other audits. Prepare reports and drive for audit closure.
• You will involve in NPI preparation, run, validation and prepare product first article report (such as FAI or PPAP).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2-3+ years’ experience in PCBA or electronics quality.
• Knowledge of product quality, IQC, reliability, and ESD practices.
• Familiar with quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and problem-solving tools (8D, FMEA).
