Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Monitor and control quality throughout incoming, in-process, and outgoing processes (IQC, PQE/PQA, OQC).
  负责来料、制程及出货各阶段的品质管控（IQC、PQE/PQA、OQC）。
• Develop and maintain inspection standards, Control Plans (CP), SIP, and quality-related documents.
  制定及维护检验标准、控制计划（CP）、SIP及相关品质文件。
• Monitor SPC, process quality data, and product performance to identify quality trends and improvement opportunities.
  监控制程SPC、品质数据及产品表现，分析品质趋势并推动改善。
• Investigate quality issues, conduct RCA, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA/PDCA).
  分析品质异常，执行根本原因分析（RCA），推动纠正及预防措施（CAPA/PDCA）。
• Manage non-conforming materials/products and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
  负责不合格物料及产品管理，并跟进改善措施至问题关闭。
• Support incoming material inspection, process quality control, final inspection, NPI, trial production, and mass production.
  支持来料检验、制程品质控制、出货检验、新产品导入、试产及量产。
• Conduct quality audits and work closely with Production, Process, Equipment, R&D, and suppliers to improve quality and yield.
  执行品质稽核，并与生产、工艺、设备、研发及供应商合作，持续提升品质及良率。

Requirements | 任职要求

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related discipline.
  工程、制造、品质或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Minimum 1 year of process quality experience in the lithium battery industry, or 3 years of quality experience in manufacturing.
  具备锂电池行业1年以上制程品质经验，或3年以上制造业品质管理经验。
• Experience in PQA, PQE, IQC, OQC, or process quality control is preferred.
  具备PQA、PQE、IQC、OQC或制程品质管理经验者优先。
• Familiar with ISO 9001, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, QC 7 Tools, and Minitab.
  熟悉ISO 9001、SPC、FMEA、APQP、PPAP、MSA、QC七大手法及Minitab。
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  具备良好的分析、问题解决、沟通协调及团队合作能力。
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality reporting.
  熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件及品质报告制作。
