QUALITY ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

‑ In‑coming Quality Assurance

‑ In‑process Quality Assurance

‑ Customer‑complaint Quality Assurance

‑ Chair weekly quality meetings; be responsible for handling abnormalities of incoming materials, manufacturing processes and customer complaints.

‑ Drive continuous quality improvement; conduct process audits in accordance with VDA 6.3 standard.

‑ Perform quality control and follow‑up for new‑product trial production; update and maintain inspection standards.

‑ Lead analysis and resolution of non‑conformities and abnormal issues for mass‑production products (including response and disposition of abnormalities reported from production lines), and follow up until case closure. When necessary, convene cross‑departmental meetings to discuss and deliver solutions, track implementation, and ensure full closure of issues.

‑ Develop production‑process quality control plans (in‑process inspection criteria) for mass‑production projects, and define key control items and inspection frequencies.

‑ Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

‑ Bachelor’s degree; Majors in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering are preferred. Minimum 5 years of working experience as a quality engineer; experience with power supply and inverter products is a strong plus.

‑ Familiar with full workflows of SMT, DIP and complete‑unit assembly; familiar with production processes and product characteristics of each work station; capable of identifying and managing key control points.

‑ Proficient in various quality tools and office software; competent in report writing; possess excellent communication, coordination, project‑planning and logical‑analysis capabilities.

‑ Sound personal ethics, integrity, rigorous and detail‑oriented working style, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, self‑motivated and proactive.

Recruitment Information:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 working hours per day, 5‑day work week

Work Location：Moo 3, Bankao Sub‑district, Phanthong District, Chonburi 20160, Thailand

Probation Period：3 months
