Job Summary At the earliest possible date, we would like to strengthen at the Derventa site.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements (OEM CSRs), and internal quality standards
• Support APQP activities for new product launches
• Prepare and maintain PPA documentation and submissions
• Develop and maintain Control Plans, PFMEA, and Process Flow Diagrams
• Conduct MSA and SPC studies to ensure process capability
• Lead root cause analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Respond to customer quality concerns and lead containment actions
• Perform internal, supplier, and layered process audits
• Analyze quality performance data (scrap, rework, warranty, PPM) and drive continuous improvement
• Support change management and engineering change control
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiative

Your profile

• Affinity to the automotive industry
• Several years of professional experience in the field of QA
• Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, environmental ISO 14001, occupational safety ISO 45001, EN 9100 aerospace
• Knowledge of sampling methods in the automotive industry (suppliers and customers)
• IT skills, especially MS Office
• Knowledge of English
• Good communication skills, high resilience
• Moderation and presentation skills
