Quality Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in real estate.
• Good at preparing and maintaining quality documents.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working on high-rise buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help create and follow quality procedures at the site.
• Conduct training sessions to improve quality awareness among site staff.
• Check and inspect site work as per approved guidelines.
• Do regular inspections and keep proper records.
• Maintain all project quality documents like test results, inspection reports, and certificates.
• Review and support corrective actions for any quality issues.
• Ensure snagging (finding issues) and de-snagging (fixing issues) is done on time.
• Check and approve materials delivered to the site (excluding MEP items).
• Work with the site team to resolve quality-related problems quickly.
