QUALITY ENGINEER

Location: Muang Lamphun

 We are hiring for Two positions under this job posting: Quality Engineer

Candidates will be considered for either role based on their background, experience, and technical strengths.

1.Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Quality System & Process Control: Establishes and maintains quality assurance programs, procedures, and controls to ensure products meet company standards and achieve lasting customer satisfaction
• Inspection Method & Tool Development: Designs and implements efficient methods, inspection tools, and test equipment to evaluate the precision and reliability of products and production machinery
• Quality Investigation & Problem Solving: Investigates customer complaints regarding product quality, identifies failure mechanisms, and works closely with engineering and production teams to resolve procedural problems.

2.Customer Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge quality issues, clarify defect criteria, and implement immediate interim solutions for customers.
• Verify defect samples, conduct preliminary analysis, and coordinate with internal/external teams to determine root causes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to establish and follow up on actions to prevent defect recurrence.
• Lead technical experiments and collaborate with Failure Analysis (FA) labs to investigate quality problems.
• Prepare official corrective action reports (e.g., 8D reports) and act as the primary contact during customer site visits.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1.Bachelor degree in Electronics, Electrical, Industrial or Bachelor of Sciences in Material Science or Physics is also acceptable.

2.Minimum 2-3 years work experience in customer contact for quality issues, and have knowledge on system tools.

3.Good English communication.

4.Able to work in Lumphun province.
