Quality Engineer

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality controls into every phase of the production process.

·       Interpret customer standards, identify whether customer standards are complete, simultaneously evaluate testing equipment solutions, submit production requests, and follow up on progress.

·       Ensure products comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

·       Stay informed about relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.

·       Conduct inspections and quality tests to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.

·       Investigate and analyze root causes of defects or quality issues.

·       Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified problems and prevent recurrence.

·       Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.

·       Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and feedback.

·       Collect and analyze customer feedback related to product quality.

·       Address customer complaints and work towards continuous improvement based on customer input.
