  • CAPA
  • Control Plans
  • Experience analyzing quality metrics, scrap, rework, and defect trends to drive improvements

  • Welding processes and quality standards (AWS, AISC)
  • Supplier quality and customer quality management
  • Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

What Your Role Will Look Like

  • Serve as a key quality resource on the manufacturing floor, partnering closely with operators, supervisors, and engineers
  • Investigate quality issues in real time and lead root cause analysis efforts to eliminate recurring defects
  • Develop and improve inspection plans, quality procedures, and control plans
  • Analyze quality data and KPIs to identify trends and drive process improvements
  • Lead corrective and preventive action activities with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
  • Support supplier quality initiatives, incoming material validation, and supplier corrective actions
  • Participate in customer meetings and provide technical support for quality-related concerns
