Quality Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位目标Purpose Of The Job The QC team is responsible for conducting the entire process of inspection and testing from raw materials to finished products, ensuring that all shipped products meet the quality standards and customer requirements. Through data analysis and process improvement, they continuously reduce quality costs and prevent major quality incidents. 主要职责Principal accountabilities/Main tasks: 1 Comprehensive understanding for incoming materials, production processes, and outgoing inspection. 2 Investigate in house non conformities, customer complaints / quality escapes, lead root cause analysis (8D, 5Why, Fishbone). 3

Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), verify implementation and effectiveness to prevent recurrence.

Define inspection standards, control plans, work instructions; support AOI, dimensional, reliability test validation. 5 Coordinate with production, engineering, procurement and suppliers to resolve cross functional quality issues.

6 Prepare quality reports, KPI tracking, quality meeting minutes, escalate critical quality issues to management. 7 Support internal & customer audits (ISO9001), close audit non conformities. 8 Train production operators on quality requirements and defect recognition. 9 Support new product introduction (NPI), review drawings, specifications and PFMEA, identify potential quality risks. 岗位经验/技能/要求Skills/Knowledge/Experience: 1 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical /or an equivalent combination of training, certification(s) and experience 2 Minimum 5 years solid experience in quality function 3 Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills 4 Understand the core systems such as ISO9001, as well as the main tools like MSA and SPC 5 Have a certain level of English reading and writing skills

6 Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Access 7 Good skills on communication 8 Understand various measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and two-dimensional gauges.
