QUALITY ENGINEER

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Engineer to join our team in the optical transceiver manufacturing sector. This role is critical in ensuring the highest quality standards across our production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing quality control systems, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality control procedures specific to optical transceiver production.
• Perform inspections and testing on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation for audits and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and conduct supplier audits as required.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in optical transceiver manufacturing or a relevant high-tech industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to quality issues.
• Solid understanding of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, TL 9000) and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Age : Open to candidates aged 35 and below.
