Job Objectives
The Quality Engineer ensures product and process compliance with company and customer standards. This role focuses on identifying and resolving quality issues, leading improvement initiatives, and supporting audits to maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and translate customer requirements; manage agreements, complaints, and product returns.
• Plan and control product line quality; resolve internal quality issues.
• Participate in customer and external audits; handle corrective actions and quality-related tasks.
• Lead quality improvement projects and monitor implementation progress.
• Communicate with internal teams (Production, R&D, Sales) and external clients to support quality-related matters.

Rights and Authorities

• Access to quality management systems, inspection tools, and customer feedback data.
• Authority to propose corrective actions and lead improvement projects.
• Participation in audits, training, and professional development programs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong execution and learning capability.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese (Chinese preferred).
• Willingness to travel to Vietnam for training for a period of 3–6 months.
