Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Process Engineer for the Quality Department who will be responsible for monitoring injection moulding processes, identifying process-related quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control Injection Moulding processes and parameters.
• Ensure products are manufactured as per quality standards, drawings and specifications.
• Identify and analyze defects such as short moulding, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, flow marks, weld lines, black spots, etc.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process and quality-related problems.
• Implement CAPA / corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, Maintenance and Quality teams for resolving process issues.
• Monitor mould trials, process setting and parameter validation.
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, rejection reports and process records.
• Ensure first-piece approval / line clearance and process compliance.
• Monitor rejection, rework and process deviations and take necessary corrective action.
• Support new mould/product development and process validation.
• Conduct process audits and ensure adherence to SOP, Work Instructions and Quality Standards.
• Maintain proper documentation related to quality and process improvement.

Required Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical / Plastic / Production / Polymer Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Injection Moulding Process & Quality.
• Good knowledge of plastic materials, moulds, injection moulding machines and process parameters.
• Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone, RCA and CAPA.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in automotive / home appliance / LG vendor manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
