Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring product quality in sheet metal, welding (MIG/TIG), and CNC/VMC machining through inspection, documentation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• Check dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, gauges, etc.
• Ensure quality in sheet metal, welding, and machining processes
• Maintain inspection reports, SOPs, and quality documents
• Handle customer complaints, RCA & CAPA
• Ensure ISO compliance and audit support
• Coordinate with production for quality improvement
• Conduct FAI and process validation

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Sheet Metal, MIG/TIG Welding, CNC/VMC
• Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings
• Familiar with quality tools & ISO systems
• Good documentation and problem-solving skills

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

• 3 -5 years of experience in manufacturing unit
