What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address non-conformities found during audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design, development, and production planning.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., CAPA reports) to track trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in automotive or related industry as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance engineering principles, including ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies.
