- Monitor in-process and final inspections for moulded plastic components.
- Analyze defects and lead root cause analysis.
- Implement CAPA and reduce rejection rework.
- Maintain quality documents (Control Plan, SOPs).
- Handle customer complaints and support audits.
- Conduct product testing.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
