Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Engineer to oversee product quality, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with company standards. In this role, you will investigate defects, conduct audits, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective root-cause solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design test plans and inspect technical documentation
• Evaluate process limits and track quality performance indicators (KPIs)
• Interpret metrics and use data tools to monitor quality performance
• Present audit findings and lead cross-departmental alignment

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Computer Science) or a related technical field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or process improvement
• Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 (or ISO 45001 / 14001)
• Proven proficiency with problem-solving frameworks (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone / Ishikawa diagrams)
• Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (PFMEA/DFMEA), and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes
• Experience interpreting metrics and using data tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SQL)
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to troubleshooting complex issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail with ability to identify minor flaws, risks, and process bottlenecks

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
