Role & responsibilities

Setup Verification Evaluating the initial machined part before a production run begins to confirm that programming, fixturing, and tooling
Dimensional and Tolerance Checking Utilizing precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure parts meet exacting engineering drawings
Visual Inspection Monitoring for micro-scratches, burrs, surface imperfections, or structural flaws using visual checks, optical comparators

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles
Proficiency in measurement and using the measuring instruments
