- Perform in-process and final quality inspections to ensure product compliance.
- Prepare, review, and maintain PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records for internal and external audit requirements.
- Coordinate and support quality audits (ISO, IATF, customer audits, etc.).
- Manage calibration schedules and records for measuring and testing equipment.
- Investigate and report non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone).
- Generate quality reports, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
