We’re looking for QA Engineers to join iOENT and help ensure the quality and reliability of our products as we continue to grow our engineering teams.
You’ll work closely with developers and other stakeholders across the development lifecycle, combining hands-on manual testing with test automation. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to how QA works as we move towards more self-sufficient product teams with dedicated QA support.
What you’ll do
- Plan and implement test automation across our products.
- Design, develop and maintain automated tests and automation frameworks.
- Review user stories and functional requirements and turn them into clear, effective test cases.
- Plan, prioritise and coordinate testing activities.
- Execute manual test cases and exploratory testing.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce issues, understand fixes and ensure critical bugs are properly resolved.
- Identify, document and track bugs through to resolution.
- Perform regression testing following fixes and post-release testing after implementation.
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to higher quality standards across existing and new features.
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of hands-on QA experience across manual and automated testing.
- Experience writing automated tests and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar browser automation tools.
- Good knowledge of at least one programming language; JavaScript or TypeScript is preferred.
- Experience creating clear test plans and test cases, including regression and exploratory testing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate bugs, prioritise testing and manage multiple tasks.
- Good professional English and strong collaboration skills when working with developers and other stakeholders.
What We Offer
- Paid annual leave (as established by law).
- Birthday day off.
- 3 additional wellness days per year.
- Access to the Salu Digital Healthcare Program, plus the first three days of any claim for sick leave paid in full by the employer.
- Monthly sports compensation (€55/month via Stebby).
- Learning & Development budget in line with company policy.
- Team event budget.
- Hybrid working setup in Tallinn, with the option to work temporarily remotely for up to 60 days per calendar year.
Why this role and why iOENT?
This is a great time to join our QA team as we’re evolving the way QA works across iOENT. We’re moving towards more self-sufficient product teams, with QA working closely alongside developers and other team members throughout the development lifecycle.
You’ll join a growing QA function where you can make a practical impact: strengthening test automation, improving testing processes and helping teams deliver reliable, high-quality products.
At iOENT, you’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively, take ownership of quality and continue developing your skills through hands-on work and dedicated learning support.
