Quality Engineer

🔧 What You'll Do -

• Help ensure products meet requirements through audits, inspection, and testing
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Collect and analyze data for gauge and product evaluation
• Write procedures, specifications, and standards for products and processes
• Identify the people, gauges, procedures, and materials needed to launch new products
• Work with suppliers to make sure they can deliver quality products
• Partner with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and outside experts to reach quality goals

✅ What You Bring

• B.S. in Engineering, or a related Bachelor's degree with a quality engineering certification (e.g., CQE)
• Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T
• Familiarity with FDA quality system regulations (QSR/QMSR) and ISO standards
• Understanding of FMEA, design assurance, and product testing method
• Hands-on experience with CMMs and optical comparators
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to meet deadlines and build strong working relationships

⭐ Nice to Have - Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) - Medical device experience, especially in orthopedics - Quality or manufacturing co-op/internship experience
