Job Summary

The QC Executive is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process products, and finished packaging products meet defined quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials as per approved specifications.
• Perform in-process quality checks during production.
• Conduct final inspection of finished packaging products before dispatch.
• Check dimensions, appearance, printing, colour, strength, and other quality parameters.
• Identify defects and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Coordinate with Production for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
• Handle customer complaints and support root-cause analysis.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of QC measuring instruments.
• Maintain approved samples, specifications, and quality standards.
• Support internal, customer, ISO, and other quality audits.
• Monitor rejection, rework, and quality-related issues and support improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and applicable customer requirements.

Qualification

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. or relevant qualification
Experience: 1–3 years in Quality Control, preferably in the packaging industry.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of QC inspection and testing methods
• Understanding of 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis
• Basic knowledge of ISO/QMS documentation
• Ability to use measuring and testing instruments
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
