What they need
- In-process and final inspection of CTL & Slitting material.
- Check thickness, width, length, squareness, flatness, burr & surface defects.
- Verify material grade, coil number and traceability.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Thickness Gauge etc.
- Identify, segregate and report non-conforming material.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with Production for quality issues and corrective actions.
- Follow SOP, Control Plan, 5S and safety requirements
