Quality Engineer

Develop, implement and improve Quality Control System

1. Identify and establish proper in-house quality control testing / inspection procedures and facilities. Conduct in-house testing / inspection activities

2. Coordinate quality control and testing at external laboratory

Coordinate and implement Quality Control and Quality Assurance Activities

1. Promote quality culture in the company and train relevant staff on relevant quality control measures

2. Direct and coordinate all the incoming, in-process and outgoing (FAT etc.) quality checks – develop the necessary statistics and statistical process control

3. Review all design drawings and changes, operation and quality standards, process procedures, test procedures, customer quality manuals and inspection analysis to ensure that the company's and customer's quality requirements are met

Resolve quality and non-compliance issues with external parties

1. Manage and resolve quality and non-compliance issues caused by supplier or raised by customer, independent third party or government agencies for purpose of contract execution, grant application, quality certification, fast track FAT (Green Lane) etc.

2. Document and communicate solutions with proper evidence. Maintain records and reports as per company’s policy and procedure for future reference.

Monitor quality performance of the company

1. Study and analyse quality trends, in-coming rejects, in-house rejects and customer returns. Communicate findings and proposals to relevant parties.

2. Develop and implement countermeasures to problems.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
