Quality Engineer

Job Title : Quality Engineer

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Education: Diploma /Degree in Mechanical

Industry preferred : Fabrication

• Developing and implementing quality management systems.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Identifying any discrepancies or recurrent issues in products or processes and working to resolve them.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and improve products.
• Ensuring that products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Training staff on quality control processes and advocating for continuous improvement.
• Analyze product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives.
• Perform root cause analysis on product failures and defects and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the design and implementation of comprehensive quality standards and checks.
• Maintain active communication with suppliers and vendors to uphold quality standards throughout the supply chain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
