Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer (m/f/d) Drive quality excellence and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As a Quality Engineer, you will support quality assurance activities, drive process improvements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve product and process quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Investigate customer, supplier, and internal quality issues and lead root cause analysis activities.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure effective implementation.
• Support new product introductions by developing quality plans and inspection requirements.
• Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for process improvement and defect reduction.
• Develop, review, and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to resolve quality concerns.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with customer, industry, and company standards.
• Support supplier quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver quality training and promote a culture of quality across the organization.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
