Quality Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues related to material selection, installation, and testing.
• Perform regular audits of construction sites to ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and recommend changes to enhance overall efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or a related field (B.Tech degree required).
• Strong understanding of construction site operations, including materials science, mechanics, and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in using software tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
